Die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) beziehen sich auf die über den Webshop www.moonbrix.com erfolgten
Bestellungen. Diese AGB sind Bestandteil jeder Bestellung vom Shop. Jeder Käufer bestätigt bei seiner Bestellung, dass er die
AGB sorgfältig und genau durchgelesen hat und diese akzeptiert. www.moonbrix.com kann die AGB jederzeit ohne
Vorankündigung ändern. Die AGB hängt vom bestätigten Bestelldatum ab.
 
2.Lieferung und Lieferzeiten
Bestellungen sind grundsätzlich Weltweit in alle Länder möglich. Die Bestellungen können nach Bestätigung nicht annulliert
werden. Nach Bestelleingang braucht www.moonbrix.com maximal  7 Arbeitstage um die Artikel bereitzustellen. Nach diesen
7 Arbeitstagen beziehen sich die Lieferzeiten auf die Angaben der DHL oder eines anderen Logistik Spediteur.
Die Versandkosten werden nach Gewicht und Mass in das jeweilige Zielland berrechnet.
Die maximalen Lieferzeiten betragen jedoch 20 Arbeitstage. Falls dies vom Shop nicht eingehalten werden kann und die
Bestellung nach 20 Arbeitstagen ab Bestelldatum immer noch nicht eingetroffen ist, melden Sie uns dies unverzüglich. In
diesem Fall könnten Sie die Bestellung annullieren lassen und der von Ihnen bezahlte Kaufpreis zurückerstatten.
 
3.Angebot
Alle die im Shop angezeigten Artikel sind Lieferbar. Alle Preise sind netto in Euro € angegeben, zusätzlich kommen die am
Schluss angezeigten Lieferkosten dazu. Irrtümer und Preisänderungen sind vorbehalten.
Innerhalb der Schweiz kann in Schweizer Franken SFr. bezahlt werden.
 
4.Qualitätsleistung
Haben gelieferte Artikel einen offensichtlichen Schaden, Material- oder auch Herstellungsfehler melden Sie uns dies
unverzüglich. Falls Sie erkennen das der Schaden durch den Transport entstanden ist, zeigen Sie dies sofort der Poststelle oder
dem Angestellten der Ihnen die Ware übergibt. Wir garantieren Ihnen, dass der in diesem Fall von Ihnen bezahlte Betrag voll
zurück erstattet wird. Die Ware sollte jedoch innerhalb 10 Arbeitstagen zurück gesendet werden.

Unser Sortiment sind ausschliesslich Spezial Anfertigungen und zum Teil stark limitiert.
Daher ist es nicht möglich die Artikel oder Waren zurück zu senden oder umzutauschen. Bitte beachten Sie die Angaben in der
Produktebeschreibungen. Die Versandkosten fallen zu Ihren Lasten. Falls kein Lagervorrat vorhanden ist und unsererseits kein
Umtausch gewährleistet werden kann, wird der netto Kaufpreis des Artikels zurückerstattet.
   
7.Anspruch auf Schadensersatz
Schadensersatz wegen Abbildungen mit Fehlern, Farbabweichungen, Grössen, Preisen, Texte oder wegen falscher, verspäteter
Lieferung werden hiermit ausgeschlossen.

Alle die von Ihnen eingegeben Daten, die bei der Bestellung oder Registrierung eingegeben werden, sind für uns streng
